Groundtracer
A groundtracer measures variations in the electrical field of the soil, this method is often named 'Self Potential' method. The Tracer system measures with a high resolution and at high speed without coming into direct contact with the soil. The value of electromagnetic induction is influenced by structure of the soil: the signal varies at important layers in the subsoil or whenever there are objects present.
A groundtracer can be used to determine variations in soil structure and changes in properties of groundwater.
